The Fabric Workshop and Museum (FWM) seeks students with an interest in Philadelphia's arts and cultural community. Students will have the opportunity to work with our Administrative, Education, Collections Management, Studio and Retail staff on current and future projects.

Our interns are college sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate/post-graduate students who volunteer their time to gain first-hand experience in the programming and administration of a contemporary art museum and collaborative workshop. Under the supervision of a staff member, interns assist with regular departmental activities and with specific projects assigned by their respective mentors.

Internships usually commence with the start of each semester and run through the end of the semester, however, there is no set deadline for applications. Interns are required to commit 10 hours minimum per week. No stipend is available.
